brake bleed question on twin leading shoe brakes

I have a 47 Fargo half ton. According to the manual, it should have 10 inch drums front and rear. However, it has 11 inch drums on the back with two half sized wheel cylinders that operate twin leading shoes. I think this setup was common on 50s vintage cars/trucks.

My question is how do you bleed these brakes. There is a bleed screw on each wheel cylinder and of course there is a tube connecting the wheel cylinders. Do you bleed the bottom cylinder first and then the top one..or maybe both wheel cylinders together??? I presume the principle of starting the bleeding process from the most remote cylinder is still valid but I wanted to confirm this before starting.
