You have to use a site that hosts photos such as "Photobucket",it's free.The picture is transfered from a file in your computer,such as "My Pictures", to your album in "Photobucket".You can then "cut and "paste" the photo in "URL" format to this site.I tried to make it simple, hope this helps....John
