I forgot to add that I towed it home that night. Got home at 9pm, By 12:30 I had the spring replaced and the oil pan welded up. We were back out there the next morning winching stumps around for a working party with DNR. When I pulled the oil pan off to weld it, there was a significant amount of babbit shavings in the pan. I think new bearings are in order.
