I've got a '63 W300 with flat bed/box that I have 10R22.5 tires on. They are about 40.5 inches in diameter, and do rub on the bed occasionally when I'm heavily loaded and run on rough terrain. I run single rears, as the tire load capacity is about 5500# per tire. The suspension is stock. So far I've got 60,000 miles on this set, and the tread is about 2/3 gone.
