Don I too had problems getting the PWA on time. Other people here in Michigan whould have thiers and I didn't. One day I was comming down my road towards home pulling a freshly aquired PW on the trailer and I spotted the mailman comming. I had a piece of mail pending that needed a signature so I stopped to ask of it's whereabouts. He say's "thats a nice WM 300 you have there". The light bulb didn't go on til I was a couple hundred yards down the road. Of course you can't prove anything so I went to the post office and asked the postmaster what could be done about my PWA comming so late. He stated that they could put a trace on it which consisted of them simply logging it in when it got there. I said no let's just wait and see. That was enough. It started comming more timely. But that was only a short term solution. You might take a closer look at your situation. Remember this, no postman that I know of ever had to subscribe to Playboy. I think maybe nowadays playboy probably comes in a jacket. Hey there's an idea.
