I don't know what it "should" be, but my '53 is marked the same as yours - B-3-PW-126. I can't remember the serial number, but mine was put together down in California. I believe the 126 refers to the wheel base. I think the B3 was made in 53 only. I will check my owner's manual and get back to you if I can get any better info.
