Jay I used stock 318 gaskets from NAPA that were included in my engine overhaul set. Probably the most difficult part will be the transition form the rectangular ports to the round tubes. The flanges I bought had these short tubes included but maybe a muffer shop can swedge some for you. The headers will need the front pipe pulled forward just a bit to line up with the flanges but it's not much. Be sure to extend the pipes throught the flanges just a little then weld so as to build up a ridge to ensure sealing at the heads. I had mine put on a 2' disc sander to level the welds before I welded the headers to the flanges. Watch your clearances of course as you fit them between the engine, starter, frame and what everelse is in the way. This project isn't extremely difficult if you take your time. Good luck you'll like the results. Any more questions drop another line.
