The parts books shows the 58 D100 getting 900lbs front springs, and the W100-W200 are 1050 or 1200.
I would imagine the springs would fit as the basic frames are the same.
Check the spring length, and the height of the rear U shaped spring shackle.
If those are the same, and the number of leaves are the same then they should fit.
Sorry I don't have more positive info, but the parts books have 20 different numbers for the various models, and any time I have been involved with swapping there were W series trucks on hand to provide parts.
