After looking up a dozen #30 - $60 kits on the net I bought some of the epoxy putty in the local hw store - PR7?. Same as in the photos for $7.
Make the cracks wider w a hacksaw blade, work in epoxy. dress w a file, sand, bondo, sand, paint.
It takes time, but is not terribly difficult. I just did my TR3 steering wheel.
