I've got a NP435 with married NP205 for which I've been asking $500.
It has dual PTO windows, so you could still use the original winch if you found the right PTO.
While you're chucking the 60-year-old motor and trans, might as well shuck the T-case, too. The NP205 would work great with the centered rear diff in the WC52. You'd have to modify the crossmember, but I've got the crossmember and brackets with this unit to make that simple. You can buy an e-brake to bolt on the back of the NP205 as well as overdrives (expensive though.)
I don't have the bellhousing. A hydraulic bellhousing for a 318 or 360 would fit.
