I think all the rest of the brake system is Buna-N. If in doubt, buy some cheap o-rings from the local hardware store and put them in Dot-3. See how they react.
Those web sites that offer o-rings should also offer a chemical compatability listing. Swelling is bad. Mushy is bad also. I think they will be fine.
