rust (as Chris noted) the hardest item to
deal with. if the Fenders are rusted thru
then the rest (Cab, Doors, etc) must also
be in a like condition
so 3,800 is probably in the ball park
East Coast trucks take a beating and rust free units are hard to find as compared to
the southwest & northwest (east of the cascades) trucks where rust is not common.
