I have only heard of a few 57-60 trucks with Factory PS, and only a small number of those (3-6) have been 4wd.
I would need to see proof that this truck had factory PS before I was sure.
This same seller sold a 58 W100 SWB a while back with a non original motor and tranny, but he claimed the original engine tranny combo was a V8 automatic. 57-60 4wd factory automatic trucks were pretty rare too, again I have heard of less then 10.
I did not see the pod on the dash for the automatic shifter, or a hole where one had been in the pictures, so I was not sure if that truck ever had an automatic. I may be wrong, but I E-mailed the seller looking for proof and never got a reply.
Another problem with this 57 getting factory PS, is that the PS was an expensive option, and most folks that got the PS also got some other high end option. Like the high end heater, big back window, etc, some even got both the PS and the automatic, I have not seen a truck yet with PS and no other special options, though I am sure one could have been made.
