I think you are right, they are the more common 58-60 bumper gaurds, note how much air there is under the bumper.
The 57 gaurds are a little harder to find, though they are all pretty rare.
Nice catch! I did not look that close the first time I looked at the pictures.
Those 19.5s most likely came off that Red 57 W100 that this seller sold a couple weeks ago, John Smith sold that 57 W100 out of CO with all 5 19.5s on it.
The 19.5s are a bit much for the W100/W200 front axles, they put a lot of strain on the knuckles.
I feel the 19.5s are better on the W300s, as the Dana 70s can handle the larger tire without any trouble.
