Lost Fenders...

A couple months ago I posted a pair of WC 3/4 ton front fenders for sale here, and on the WWII Dodge Forums (Scotland Gordon's and PWA Gordon's.) I included photos and a good description. I thought my price was fair at $100 each, but I got an offer of $80 each, and took it. The buyer expected shipping to cost $30 each, and they ended up being $37 each UPS ground (actual cost, no "handling" fee on my part). He said via email he was ok was the higher shipping and would PayPal me the fender cost and shipping.

I shipped the fenders and waited for payment. Per UPS they were delivered on May 5th. My emails and calls to him go unanswered. I'm beginning to think I'm out a pair of fenders and $75 shipping. He had me deliver them to a Franktown, CO address, but he lives in Grove City, Ohio.

Any ideas? The phone number is picked up by an answering machine with a real person identifying the buyer and significant other by name, and his emails seemed up front with real names and address used. (I confirmed address and phone on line.)

It's probably too small a sum for a lawyer letter to be worth the cost... plus there's the distance/jurisdiction problem.

Anyone in the area who could give him a friendly reminder for me?

Thanks,
