The guys and I were working on a house. One morning we showed up and there was a Fed-Ex package at the door. The address on it wasn't even close to the address where we were at, some where down the street. We kinda ignored it for a few days because it was crunch time. Finally I said to one of my guys, "If you see the Fed-Ex truck go down the road flag him down and give the package back to him". Well the truck happened to drive up the road and my guy flagged him down and told him about the package. His words were"OH no, that's not from me I didn't leave that package". My guy said "can't you take it and deliver it to the right place"? He babbled for a while about how it wasn't his route or somwething but took off without the package. So I finally called the 1-800 number and told about the mis delivered package, I gave the adress and told them it was on the step.The girl wanted all kinds of information, finally I said this is crazy, I gave you the adress come get this package. Well to make a long story short, that package sat there for a few more weeks till we got sick of looking at it and my guy finally dropped it off at the address down the street on his way home. Now that's pretty bad service if you ask me.This is just one more bad shipping story to add to my list. Good luck
