Assuming you have ensured that the steering knuckle bearings and bushings are not excessively worn, and your steering gear is not loose, the obvious thing is to check the alignment. That's on Page 31 of your TM 10-1123/1443, Maintenance Manual.

You have the wrong wheels and tires for a 1/2 ton. These wheels have a different offset. Still, you can minimize the effect of the wrong wheels and tires by being sure the front tires are matched. They must have the same tread design, the same amount of wear, and the rubber compound should have the same amount of hardness induced by weathering. A new tire works differently from an old tire, even if they look the same.

Finally, although you have "run flat" rims, the manual says the tire inflation should be 40 psi. Make sure the tires are equally inflated.
