John, The engine is a running engine,starter was sold. I am going to use the oil filter but everything else is there. Bellhousing included. Engine ran smooth and quite, only ran it twice in the shop. I put a carb off the ffpw on it to get it running carb needs some attention but will come with engine as I have a rebuilt carb for my ffpw. Thanks Fleabag!!
