I have an exhaust horn off of my fathers 1921 Studebaker. It’s a fitting that goes a hole that you have to cut in the exhaust pipe. When the wire is pulled, it diverts the exhaust gas through a horn. I did not install it on my truck yet, but I have heard them before and they sound like a train’s horn.

I also have a horn that works on the engine’s compression. You remove a spark plug, screw the fitting in the spark plug hole and reinstall the plug. When you pull the horn wire, similar to a Wolf Whistle, it diverts the compression through a horn and it’s a VERY loud, unusual sound. This one I do have on my PW.
