If it was close, I'd look it over and if it is as straight as it is in the pictures (body not rusted out or dented, wiring and air hoses intact, and old-style blackout lights okay), I'd probably offer $50 and go up to $100 max on it just for parts and to save it from going to some Chinese steel mill. Trailer electrical connectors and air hoses are always useful. M35 brake drums, shoes, and wheel cylinders are saleable, though not for a whole lot of money. I like M105s myself -- they look "right" behind an M35 and they're very simple and strong, like all pre-1960 M-series designs. With side-boards, bows, and canvas you can stuff a lot of cargo in them. They're a good trailer. It's just that there are a lot of them out there and not very many people can use them.
