Hi Mark,
I have my lift cylinder on woth 2 pins and hairclips sdo I can atke it off if I need to. Alot of times, if the pull isnt far and its a real straight pull I have left the cyl. in place and run the cable alongside it. This only works if you are sure you wont be using the cyl. as a fairlead!
