I registered a 1939 Dodge 4 door sedan back in 1980, QQ plates (HISTORIC), in N.J. Had to do it in person in the state capital,Trenton DMV. It's a one time deal. It cost $25.00 and the restrictions if I remember correctly were a maximum of 2,500 miles a year, driving for educational purpose's and shows, also liability insurance coverage. I do'nt know if that is what require now. I still have the car and the QQ plates on it but I have not driven it in years (next project after the wm300). I did'nt get anything from the state to update anything. Hope that gives you an idea of N.J. laws. Randy
