Hi Lonnie!
Did Bear get a new coat???
The door hinge screws have some small amount of play in them, plus they can be shimmed with washers hidden behind the hinge. Tell me more, I'm assuming that the door drops a tad, that means the bottom hinge needs to come out about half the distance of the drop. (1/4" drop, 1/8" out at the bottom) Be sure to check that you have enough room, because bringing the door up also brings it out towards the latch/strike. Sometimes the hinge is sprung from years of carrying the heavy Dodge doors and it needs to be sprung back into alignment. (that's technical talk for beating the crap out-of-it to bend it back into shape) But before you start beating and banging, most doors can be repaired by shimming. Also check the cab/body mounts. Sometimes they wear and cause the body to sag, which plays havoc with the door alignment.
