I am using the timed vac. port, it is located to the left of the center port.(located closest to the E in Edelbrock) The other small port has full manifold vac. all of the time. The carb I have is tuned for economy by the manufacturer. I think the carb might be jetted rather lean. I will change the jets and see what happens.
