It still should turn over unless the Chain broke and locked up the Crank. Won't run but should turn over still? You might have some other hidden problems also. Might be a good idea to pull the head if the block is stuck tight for a look. At least pull the plugs in case you are hydro locked because of water in a cylinder, or poped Valve head laying on top of the piston?? Had a VW do that once it knocked the spark plug right out of the head and locked the piston tight! Mark H.
