It is a big job putting a winch and PTO set-up on a M-135. I do have a parts truck sitting here with the complete winch and PTO. But one heck of a job getting it off. Give you one heck of a deal if you came and took it off. However, you need to fix the trans problem first. I have seen complete parts trucks at BOYCE that had the 5 speed-clutch conversion. I did fight through and get my trans fixed on my M-135. If you are really serious, you might also talk to Memphis Equip. Hey I do have a complete Memphis conversion trans sitting here also. E-mail me at snakeriv@srv.net for more info. HERN is a foundry in northern Idaho that casts cannon barrels. I was looking to build a Civil War cannon. Talked to Bill McKenna at www.bigshotsofidaho.com and I know he does quality work, and he frouns on Hern's quality. Tom
