What transfer case twins to what ? I know about the 203 ,205 combo but what other ones are out there ? When using the NV4500 what bolts up to it to make a twin transfer combo.
I have heard stories about guys twisting the output shaft on their trans when using a twin stick. I can understand this with a turbo 350 04 400 but has this happened on a NV4500 ? I am not jumping the truck or moving houses with it , so twining may be an option.

Jonas axles may be an option too.
