ssuming vehicle is USA built, it is a matter of it "coming home". US Customs will want some proof that the vehicle is USA origin, re: VIN tag says Detroit Michigan, also the Budd body tag spot welded to the window winding (inside)panel of the RH door says Philidelphia, PA
