I woke up about 4 AM and realized I made a mistake on my 'how to do it' post! It SHOULD read 'if a wheel locks up when you apply the brakes the TOE is adjusted closer to the drum than the HEEL, NOT the 'HEEL is too close' as noted. Sorry!
