I had a local spring shop re-arc the springs on my PG and on my lifted Chevy Suburban. In my case the springs were still on the trucks. I told them I wanted the trucks level or slightly higher in the rear. They took it from there. I am very happy with their work and have had no sagging in several years. I carry a 1000lb camper on the PG and when I take it off there is still no sag. Something about re-arcing and shot pinging. Yes the shackles should be close to vertical.
