mico brake lock- help

Here is my latest bone-yard find. I got it off the large I.H. 4X4 truck I posted about 2 weeks ago.
It says on the housing "Mico Accumulator". I know these things have value; I wondered if anyone could comment on how to check/service it and plumbing it.
