Don't worry about it. Turbos very infrequently fail without significant warning. Even if it did, it would be impossible to prepare for all the different failure modes. The only thing that you could really do to prepare would be to carry an extra turbo so at the first sign of failure, you could swap it out. However, the chance of needing it probably does not justify the pain of always lugging one around.
