W/P change was in 1971 iron to aluminum/driver's side inlet to passenger. The pumps were the same between cars and trucks. You also need to make a reference point for the timing marks b/c the other style w/p will cover the timing cover's marks - unless you swap to a matching style timing cover when you change the w/p. However, 1970's Dodge RV's used a unique high shaft water pump.
