Anybody up on their paints?

Figured CGarbie might know about this. Supposed to have all kinds of benifits. What I don't know is that when they talk about the paint hardness they say "H 4". Is this on a rockwell scale? They don't talk about cost either. Perhaps it's so new that getting word of first-hand experience will take awhile
