What is my 59 Power Giant worth? Help.

Some guy from California stop in front of my house tonight and wanted to trade a 1989 Dodge Ramcharger for my 1959 W100 PG. The Ramcharger is pretty cherry'd out, looks perfect, very well taken care of, 360V8, all the whistles and bells, looks brand new. I've put over $8000 in my PG. Rebuilt 318, rebuilt T-case, total brake job, rebuilt axles, rebuilt drivelines, new tires, new shocks just about everything redone except the body. THe body looks like hell but could be redone.
