But you forgot the third type of governor - the integral governor. It provides the same function as the sandwich type governor used in conjunction with the E7T2, E7T2, BBS-3121-S, and BBS-3277-S CARbureTERs. The integral types were "built into" the ET1, ET2, ET4, E7F1, and E7S1 CARbureTERs, rather than an added componant between the carburetor and manifold, and will render the carburetor usless if removed.
