If it were me I would drill and tap a hole in the side of the neck for a right angle brass hose fitting to run a hose down to a safe location to vent it and release any over flow that may happen. I would also put a screen cover over the end to keep those mud wasps like we have from filling the hose with a nest and pluging it. You sure don't want full leaking in the wrong spot if it vents.
