I sold a set a few years ago for $600, of course the buyer had plenty of cash and had offered to buy them for several years. I used the proceeds to buyer a 61 W300 that also had the same wheels for $1200.
Period correct rubber for the wheels is nearly impossible to find, however.
Goodyear Custom Xtra Grip tires were $180 ten years ago, but I dont thnk they still make them. I have run across tires over the years, but they are becoming aged.
