If so it doesn't look like it was done with a dodge cab, the windshield is too flat and the roof seam looks farther back. Hard to tell. Another clue is the door sheet metal below the window towards the front. I'm not even sure about the hoods either, looks like the hood extends over the radiator while a WC does not, WC's are butterfly, can't really tell here but doesn't look like it. Neat pictures though.
