I know people love those Stovebolt sixes but I don't. My Chev 1.5 ton had a GMC 270 in it, transplanted from a DUKW, and it certainly did move further and faster than anything with a Stovebolt in it.
Compulsory Dodge contnet - the VF Dodge 1.5 ton bed and the Chevrolet 1.5 ton bed are similar enough to replace each other except for the fuel filler location - apparently.
