Got a surprise when I picked up the 1950 parts truck. It came with the adjustable air-ride seat in good condition. The air-ride seat on my own 1950 was long gone, but I saved the dash plaque just in case I came across one someday. Can't wait to get it recovered and put it back where it belongs.
Also, my 1950 (#83919202) came with wooden cab mounts. This one (#83921030) has rubber mounts, so they must have changed mid-year.
By the way, the truck is too nice to part-out so it's for sale cheap ($600). See the "Classified" section. It's rough, but definitely could be restored or repowered. Picture of truck before winch and hubs removed and front fenders replaced is on Paul's "Friends Dodges". Welding bed has been cut off and frame is solid. I can email more pics if interested.
