On most carbs the accelerator pump is worked by compressing a spring (wire as heavy as a paper clip?), which pushs on the AP piston. On others that use a vacuum operated enrichment/metering valve, it has to have a spring (wire thin as straight pin)to work against the vacuum piston. Ant help yet? I haven't had one of these apart in years. Somebody out there got an exploded view from a kit maybe?
