OT carb setting Question

I bought a 87 Ramcharger with a 360 4 barrel. Someone swapped the carb for an Edelbrock. Can anyone here give me an idea of the basic air fuel settings. Also how can I tell what size this carb is, 750 or 650. Anyone could just e-mail me to save Joe's space.
