As the body style changed in a major way in 1972, I doubt a 1971 part would fit on a 74.
1974 part number from my 74-77 parts book:
Regulator front door window 3639 116-7
I think this means one side is 3639 116 and the other is 3639 117.
I am not sure which is which. The book also shows a different part number for 1975-76, and 1977, so you may need the one from 1974.
There is also a note about some of the number on that page being used after 6-10-74, so there may be yet another number if you have an early 74 truck.
The 1972-73 parts book lists the same part numbers:
3639 116 is the right side
3639 117 is the left side
Those numbers are used after serial number:
2S569578 for 3639 116
2S570063 for 3639 117
Prior to those serial numbers the parts numbers were 3639 074 and 3639 075.
I am not sure why the different sides were changed at different times, or if the other regulators will work in the 74 door without much effort, this is just what the books tell me.
