Try asking on www.yesterdaystractors.com. Probably ought to check price and availability from cat first -- if they still make them it might be all you can get. Several farm supply outfits have some rebuild parts for older cats and tractors. It seems to me to be hit and miss as to what's available aftermarket and what's not as far as pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, etc. Pick up a farm supply magazine at a feed store or something and look for adds for engine rebuild parts. If you can't find pistons and sleeves and the slop is not too bad, the old-timers tell me you can get by by honing the cylinders and knurling the pistons till they fit tight, if you don't plan to work it too hard. I've never tried that myself. Of course you still need new rings.
