Whoopie doo! Let's get up our defenses up for doctor's...OK scratch doctors. Remember, one of the operative phrase "neither under compulsion to buy or sell".
Land prices have shot sky high where I live, simply because new residents are faced with limited options. The "compulsion" new residents face makes it dificult to think of it as "fair". Old Dodge Powerwagon related items, I believe, will continue to respond to market forces.
