If you look into whats available in Heavy Duty Truck mufflers there is a nice design that has 2, 2 1/2" inlets with a single 3" outlet. Ihaven't been in the business for a long time so i don't know who is making what. But just look for all welded construction truck mufflers and tell them what you are looking for. they sound great too. Allied Truck muffler used to make them. Any reputable exhaust shop should be able to get them
