Limited slip rear end and some weight in the back will help that problem. My piece of crap ford E450 is good in the snow but the mud on the job sites are a problem, if it had limited slip then it would be almost unstoppable to an experienced driver. I say that because my employees could get it stuck easy. Right now I'd be happy if it would move under its own power, but I guess ford designed it to puke a transmission at 34,000 miles, and 3 months out of warranttee. (I put almost all of those miles on it not the employees)
