I think only off road stuff, trains, and truck/bus fleets are still using hi-sulfer. But i live in Kalifornia. At least the buses don't smell like the freight trains. Except the Mexican buses, who knows what kind of mud they burn. Liquifyed natural rubber from recycled tires, maybe?
