Runaway diesel

I heard this morning they're looking at a runaway diesel as a possible cause of the refinery explosion last week in Texas City. Witnesses said a contractor's truck began to rev up and the operator couldn't shut it down. There was a vapor cloud in the area when the truck began to rev up.
